Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AutoFlowRPA (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Free trial and subscriptions

AutoFlowRPA is offered on a subscription basis with a 30-day free trial that includes full features. Prices, billing cycles (monthly or yearly) and plan limits are described on the Pricing page and at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

All payments are final and non-refundable, except for billing errors, verified service faults on our side, or where mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy for details.

4. License

Subject to an active subscription (or trial), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on the number of machines permitted by your plan. License keys may not be shared, resold or sublicensed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to bypass or reverse engineer the licensing mechanism, or use the software for unlawful automation, including automation that violates the terms of third-party services you target.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
