Refund Policy

Summary

AutoFlowRPA offers a 30-day free trial on every plan so you can fully evaluate the product before paying. Because of this, all payments are final and non-refundable, except where stated below or required by applicable law.

Free trial

Every account starts with a 30-day free trial with full features. No payment is required to try AutoFlowRPA. We strongly encourage you to verify that the product fits your needs during the trial period before subscribing.

No-refund policy

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This includes the remaining unused portion of a billing period if you cancel mid-cycle: your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you simply will not be charged again.

Renewal charges are also non-refundable. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date from your account dashboard.

Exceptions

We will issue a refund in the following cases: (a) you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a billing error; (b) a verified technical fault on our side made the product unusable and we could not fix it within a reasonable time; (c) a refund is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your account email and a description of the issue.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard (Manage billing). Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
